I'm Elijah Huskey, a painter, illustrator, comic artist, character designer who specializes in art nouveau inspired illustrations and female centric concept art. I am currently based in Chicago IL, originally from the Ozark mountains in Arkansas. I lend my style from many of the old storybooks that I read growing up. Classics like the Grimms Fairy Tales and the many stories by Hans Christian Anderson. I loved the magic and wonder of these authors portrayed in the stories they told. I also have a strong interest in art history I try to replicate in the majority of my work. Artists that have always inspired me are Alphonse Mucha, Herbert James Draper, and John William Waterhouse.

Most days you'll catch me with my sketchpad in hand and my animals Raven, Magik, and Goblin snoring beside me.
